What it was
Cura is a financial literacy app for student entrepreneurs, built and submitted at NACOS CSCON Hackathon 2025.
The interesting part
We needed live Nigerian stock exchange data. There was no public API.
So we reverse-engineered the production network traffic of an existing platform, mapped the endpoints, and built our own integration layer on top. The app had live data. We placed 2nd out of 15 teams.
That kind of problem-solving comes from hackathon pressure — when you can’t wait for the right solution, you find the one that works.
